Field Coatings
Park Derochie's first large field painting contract involved blasting and painting the tanks at the Bowden, Alberta refinery in 1956. Subsequently, the company has specialized in tanks, underground coatings, and complex structures such as bridges.

Park Derochie has gained a reputation as being one of the few painting contractors that will offer lump sum pricing on field touch-ups in refineries and power plants.
Park Derochie was the first Alberta contractor to hold certification from the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) for the field application of coating complex structures (QP1) and is now the only Canadian company to hold the combination of QP1, QP2, QP3 and QP6 certifications.
